You must pay for custom orders ♡before♡ your item is made!

Pricing of custom orders will depend on details of the custom order. Shipping costs will vary depending on the size of the order.

If you need help with your order at checkout, you can contact me and I will help change the order for you.

♡ All orders are shipped through USPS unless you request to use a different shipping provider such as FedEx or UPS.

Please make sure your shipping address is updated and correct ♡before♡ checkout! But if you notice it after you have checked out please contact me and I will fix the shipping information for you.

If you are in need of Priority shipping, Priority Express shipping, or International shipping, those and more can be found at the checkout section. Tracking comes with all shipping options and is no additional cost.

Once your order ships it is up to the postal service to deliver it to you. I am not reliable for lost orders, or orders shipped to the wrong address.

♡ How to wash and dry items:

Hand wash carefully with a towel in cold water. Let air dry, or gently dry items with a blow dryer on cool. Optional: for fluffy items you can brush them carefully with a slicker brush when dry to keep it fluffy and soft.

Please don’t put items in a washer and dryer it may scratch the safety eyes or damage any small parts!
